Safeguarding Children in Angling
Safeguarding the welfare and protection of young people is the concern of all adults at all times, irrespective of their role within the organisation.
These guidelines in use by all members of the Angling Council of Ireland have been adopted by the NCFFI for coarse and predator fishing activities involving children. They serve to provide our members with basic information on the nature of child abuse and the procedures to be followed whilst raising awareness of the need for good practise in this area.
For those resident in Northern Ireland Angling NI is the registered body for completing applications which are free of charge to all club members within the Ulster Coarse Fishing Federation, the provincial council of the NCFFI.
