International Feeder Friendly

The NCFFI International Feeder Friendly Competition takes place on Saturday 14th April. This cross-community ten man event serves to attract anglers from all communities across the provinces to come together to fish.
Teams representing Lithuania, Romania and Poland have the opportunity to fish alongside members of the World Championship Feeder Team Ireland at this friendly challenge. The competition to date has presented a day of fun and banter on the bank, the sharing of skills and the Feeder Team manager Brenton Sweeney gets to take a look at up and coming talent all in a relaxed atmosphere.
Club members are invited to contact the allocated captains (listed below) representing each nation to apply for a place on the team. Everyone is welcome to take part, numbers permitting. This event not only serves to bring communities together but serves to allow others to fish alongside international team members in this growing discipline fishing the wild, natural venues Ireland is renowned for.
The event will take place on the loughs of County Cavan. The winning team will be awarded a trophy and medals with recognition for the top 3 individuals.
A Captains meeting will take place at 8.45am at Lough Sillan followed by the draw at 9am. Fishing will be from 11-4pm.
