Volunteer as a steward
The NCFFI is honoured to have been appointed by FIPSed the world governing body for sport fishing to host the championships and we are delighted to hold it at Inniscarra Lake, Coachford.
The competition to be held on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th July when for the first time in Ireland we will see angling clubs representing over 20 nations compete for the Club Championship title in float fishing. Representing Ireland will be BSI Sensas AC and the CM Lakelands Club hoping for a podium finish on home waters.
We are appealing to the angling community for help to steward the event. Each day of the championships we are required to monitor the activities of the anglers and keep a note of the fish caught. We require 120 volunteers to help us with this.
NCFFI stewards and FIPSed officials will be on the bank for support and to monitor each fishing section.
If you would like a birds eye view of the worlds top club battle it out for a medal or would just like a day on the bank in the scenic environs of Inniscarra Lake, please register your interest below to be part of this fantastic event;
