20 angling females ready to share their skills
Twenty women are on the way to complete their NCFFI Angling Coach qualifications as a result of a blended learning programme developed by the NCFFI Coach Development Team during the Covid19 restrictions.
On Sunday ten of these women met with the NCFFI Coach Tutors on Ballyshunnock Reservoir, Co. Waterford, where the game, sea and coarse angling females shared techniques and understanding to improve their coaching skills.
These coaches now have access to the NCFFI structured programme ‘Anglers Skills Awards’, a six-step pathway introducing novice anglers to a lifelong passion for angling sport.
The NCFFI Angling Coach qualification has been developed by NCFFI Coach Tutors and is accredited by Sport Ireland Coaching. For more information visit www.ncffi.ie/coaching
