Predator Team Ireland Announced!
The NCFFI is pleased to announce the team who will represent Team Ireland at the World championships on Lough Erne this October. The team were selected through a series of six qualifiers held over three weekends during 2023 and 2024.
The County Clare duo, Daniel Nesbitt and Danny Colleran led the way from the start with the series played out to determine the second and third placed pairs. Daniel and Danny who made their debut on the world stage in Riga in 2023 finishing 6th pair overall will be joined by 2013 Championship bronze medallists Tomi Kurman and Jacek Gorny. Aidan O’Connor & Krzystof Sibiga who were part of the world championship team of 2023 ranking 8th of 14 nations will join the squad in reserve.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the qualifying rounds, funds raised will support the squad at the 2024 championship. Also, thanks for the hospitality from Pascal and his staff at the Watermill Fishing Lodge.
