Requirements
Clubs must have,

A Club Secretary, Chairperson, Treasurer and Children’s/Safeguarding Officer as a minimum

A Club Constitution
-
A Safeguarding Statement
-
A Safeguarding Risk Assessment

The appropriate affiliation fee must be paid

A list of members must be provided
It is mandatory that you club has a Children’s/Safeguarding Officer (with vetting in-date as a minimum) even if you have no members under 18. Safeguarding is relevant to vulnerable adults too.
Applications from new clubs will be considered by the Committee at the next available meeting. Upon adoption clubs must complete a full calendar year as Associate Members. After that period, they may be approved for Full Affiliation by the following AGM.
