Spending time outdoors is good for our health and we are pleased to state that in accordance with advice from Inland Fisheries Ireland we can continue to enjoy angling recreationally. Fish locally, keep a rod’s length apart from other anglers or members of the public and always disinfect your hands before and after touching gates, stiles and other infrastructure while at a river, lake or seashore. Social responsibility is good for ALL our health so we must adhere to physical distancing, hand washing and coaching hygiene.
