NCFFI teams participating in the FIPS Masters & Veterans championships for the first time!
The NCFFI will present Team Ireland at the World Coarse Angling Masters and Veterans for the first time in 2022. Team Ireland Float Manager, Vincent Walsh will lead two teams to compete on the renowned international venue, the Szeged Maty Stream Rowing Canal in Hungary in June.
Vincent says, “I was pleased to receive enough interest from our membership to support a team in two of the categories at the championships and offer everyone the opportunity to take part. Hopefully by attending this event we can create more interest from anglers wishing to compete in the future.”
The teams consist of several coarse angling masters supported by newcomers to the international scene.
It’s just the 4th edition of the event which sees a trio of championships, played out over the same weekend of 11/12 June 2022.
